@ Gotunk - can't afford romaloes although that would be sweet though, or mark bells rebok power shoes. @ Decaf/Gotunk - Looks as though my upper back caves in a little where I stalled, maybe some front squats as acc work?
I'm saying you can practice your walk out with those weights so when you go to 600 or more you don't have to worry about it. Yeah, take a third step if you didn't get it right the first time but it's better to get it right than not. If you are planning on competing or something and lifting at max it's just something I noticed that is an easy fix and adds pounds. This is one reason why actual powerlifters use that crane to hold the weight so they don't actually have to walk the weight out at all.
Not squatting in socks would probably help your back from caving in because you won't be doing as much of a good morning.
I think you are nit picking, your squat looks pretty good to me given it's low back. National holidays so I did my saturday stuff today and taking the rest of the week off.
I have no idea how to eat more, but I'm hungry all the fucking time, I'm even eating chocolate to get more calories. I can barely mantain my bodyweight oo
I'm 100% certain I'd be attending south american classic bench press in Argentina (IPF for south america). Goal is to bench 170 at 83, drug tested and 2 hour weight in.

Don't underestimate the walkout. It sounds like it nitpicking, and it's obviously not the most important thing, but it's part of the whole technique.
I can agree. Milkshake with 2 scoops of whey and ice cream = tons of calories and deliciousness. I've gained 15 lbs over the summer (still maintained the amount of pull ups I can do) just by eating burgers and drinking whey milkshakes. Tons of calories and tons of protein with whey in it. Definitely one of my favorite suggestions I've seen in this thread.

I don't think it's an issue with your upper back (although more upper back strength never goes amiss). I think it's just because you're doing a heavy ass low bar squat in socks. It wouldn't be a bad idea to invest in a pair of lifting shoes, you're squatting in the 600s. Stronger core/lower back would help keep your chest up as you drive through and get more power out of your legs. Front squats are always a good idea, just look at dan green. A big front squat will almost always help with your back squat, not so much the other way though.
strict press: 225-4 PR floor press warmed up to 315-5 added slingshot and did 365-9 PR preacher curls w/ straight bar: 95-7-7-7 /w drop set : 65-10-10-10 seated rows with orange bands till failure 3 sets
been thinking of adding front squats for a while mainly because they have more carry over into strongman. I never do them though because I suck at them would be super cool to have the master of front squats to help me out <3
guys what fashion/clothes do you wear? ive been thinking about it all evening. probs gonna pick up 2x new jeans tomorrow since i realised my ones have got like a 40 inch crotch to them. been trying to figure out what tops to buy. i think i just stick with tucked-in shirts and thats it. what do you guys do?
Probably going to go for 160 lbs 3x5 for bench next time I bench. The squatting could've been better (awful mobility -- so busy with school) and I wanted to do some front squats, but my friend called me during my lifting session and I couldn't fit everything in. I think I'm going to start deadlifting less frequently and start focusing on trying to bring up my quad strength and mobility in general with front squats.

Maybe they are older, probably takes at least half a decade to get that 'muscle maturity'. Of course the tanning and dat dere celltech will also contribute to the aged handbag look.
Om Yun Chol from North Korea was the winner of mens 56kg and set a world record for C&J (set at 3x bodyweight, holy shit). I was also looking at results from the Olympics and North Korea was tied for second in overall medals.
Is it just me or is that one of the last countries on Earth you'd expect some of the best weightlifters in the world to come from?

IIRC the current champion has won it like 10 times or something, so I guess she's fairly old. Mostly it's because of dat dere celltech though as Shader said.

Yeah, I have no idea how you can even start a weightlifting program without foreign coaches, the use of internet or acess to whey protein.
If anything this proves the hard work and empirical knowledge (experience) trump "sports science".
