@youngminii: i've had problems with exercise induced headaches as well. what fixed it for me was a break of 2-3 weeks. after that I started again with very low weights while focusing on not craning my neck as much.
After going to the gym yesterday I was prepared to flood thhis post with questions about my powerclean form. I've yet to go above 100lbs because my form has been so terrible. I've either been crashing the bar against my shoulders a lot, or experimenting with grip width so I can rack it properly.
However yesterday's set of PC's felt really really good for the first time in a while. My first set felt awesome and I was so surprised that I think I did the remaining sets with a stupid cocky smile on my face. I probably looked like such a douchebag but whatever.
Also this month has been my first real experience at a "commercial" gym. It's been interesting to say the least. I can't believe that everytime I go there I leave with a story of people doing retarded things. I'm no expert in physical training but OMG some people obviously are doing the wrong things. For instance, yesterday I see a girl being coached by her boyfriend (I think, unless he was a really bad personal trainer). He had her doing forearm grip strength excersices for a straight 30 minutes! Lewd jokes aside, I can't imagine this to be very helpful for a girl who is obviously untrained in every aspect of weightlifting. The best part was they finished up with 2 overhead pressing lifts. One with dumbbells and one with a barbell behind the head. Both seated of course and both with more weight than she could manage by herself; prompting her trainer/boyfriend to cradle her elbows the entire time.
I was browsing lifting videos or whatever on my youtube account and I came across this guy. Nothing fancy or anything, just good strong clean and quick set of 5 deadlift. Worth a look IMO.

BB Squat: 110x3, 125x3, 140x3, 160x1, 180x1 and 192.5x1 for a +2.5kg PR! FS: 60x5 and 90x5-5-5 (back was done) Leg Press: 200x10, 240x8, 280x8, 320x8 and 280x15.
The weights on the leg press weren't as high as I've gone and every set after the first one felt heavy. Just managed to finish the 8th rep @ 320kg and I don't even know what happened except that I died and was thinking fuzzy for about 2 hours after.
My hips and legs are going to punish me tomorrow T.T

A question. I tried leg presses the other day (smolov switching) and I had no clue what depth is apropiate.
I'm attempting 3x5 120lb overheads tomorrow, if I don't post here tomorrow you can be sure that I couldn't handle the weight and it dropped on my skull causing a fatality. X_X

I got this too during pure leg routines. PT told me not to lift with my head, basically try to relax everything above your neck. Grinding your teeth and giving yourself a nosebleed wont help your squat.

As someone also at 193cm and long limbed I'll join that quest . I'm a bit further behind but my bench is shooting up after not having done it for months.
