That sucks If you have a gym membership instead of a home gym, you could look at using some machines to keep some of your lower body strength at least.

You're not allowed to do work that won't involve the casted(assumption on my part) hand? I know people consider machines the devil in a lot of gym circles, but that's not true in the first place, and it's especially not true in the situation you will be in where much machine work can be done 1(or even no) handed.
Try to see what you can piece together, any work you can get in will help slow atrophy along with keeping the protein in your diet high. Minimize losses and whatnot.

When I broke my hand I tried working out with machines and all lower body work... The major problem? The fucking smell. I was in a plaster cast/splint that couldn't get wet for 5 weeks. Ever had a sweaty foot that you haven't washed in a month on your arm? Nobody will want to be within 10 feet of you xD
Skated yesterday morning and again tonight. Felt good and headaches appear to be gone. Will stretch out again tomorrow and hopefully Monday I can begin lifting again without head-splitting migraines.
Man, I havn't gained any weight in weeks, however I can clearly see a recomposition in my body, I'm packing a lot more muscle but staying on the same weight. This is a double-edge sword for me, sure it's always great to see more muscle but fuck, y me weight no go up..

Doesn't that automatically mean you're losing fat and gaining muscle mass? Awesome imo

Yeah that is what's happening I think. Makes me look bigger then an average 145lb guy since muscle looks bigger then fat.
Also, lol on your OHP, it's the exact opposite of mine, I went 5-5-4! We should race to 125lb 5-5-5 completetion.
Also me jelly of your squatz and deadlifts, my 230lb deadlift a few days ago felt like I was lifting a tree, this is unacceptable.

You could just squat using one or no hands like Misha did when his biceps tore.

Great workout today,
