You can weight the ab wheel, just like you would weight a plank. Just set some plates on your hips and go.

This week has gone well =]
Today: 134kgx3 squat (reset ~1month of progress because I got shoes and started ATG, worth it imo, although it feels weird.) 109kgx3 Bench ezpz 3rep PR. Was super light =] 86kg Clean for singles. Missed first three, talked about form a bit with a guy at the gym and nailed next two =] super happy, also a PR
Gonna kill it next week and I am super happy =]

I'm on 230lb dead-lift and every 5lb increase feels like 50lb increase. Does anyone else experience this?

Finally got my deadlift to 300 lbs. Only to be diagnosed with mono and told that I can't lift for the next 6 weeks. ;(

squat warmup only OHP 40kg x9, 45kg 5-5-5, 40kg x8 clean .......60kg!!!!!! ish!
goddamn clean is such a mindfuck. when i put on the taller 20kg plates for the first time, for 60kg, i just couldnt bring myself to make the lift. i spent about 10+ minutes just staring down the bar then gripping it then walking away from it again. finally managed to do some reps , like 1-1-1-1-2-2-1+ or something equally retarded lol. such a psychological mindfuck for me, if i leave myself half a second to think about it when i approach the bar then i just cant bring myself to start pulling. anyway i think i injured my back on the last rep that i did, not sure yet.
next session i look forward to trying the 60kg again...but does anyone else have a mental problem with making the lift? its probably coz im out of practice that i start thinking about it and form a mental block

I almost passed out doing 140kg deadlift lol...like 2 weeks ago...i fell over but recovered quickly.

had an accident today with my bike where a driver didnt check when he reversed... "fortunately ´" only my left hand got hurt but one bone is broken and i need surgery -_- so approx 6weeks of no lifting i guess... maybe i can jog in 3 weeks again or so, until then i have to keep my diet in check to somehow not lose track of my goals
i also wanted to go on wintervacation for 1 week tomorrow -_-...
