Good thing my girlfriend sees me do my lifts and i show her my bruises right away, she just laughs at me but we'll see how well she does after a few weeks of learning the clean.

What does "double knee bend" mean? How about the butt wink (the part where my butt almost goes under my hips) and the little hop?

What does "double knee bend" mean? How about the butt wink (the part where my butt almost goes under my hips) and the little hop? Ah, I got it. I just want to make sure that you are aggressive and strong in your second pull. Here's an article about the double knee bend: http://www.waxmansgym.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=34:the-double-knee-bend-in-olympic-weightlifting&catid=3:strength-training-blog&Itemid=17 It occurs when you transition from the first to the second pull. Its existence is not really to be aimed for, but an indication that your body is in the correct position for the violent extension of the hips. Here's a video where you can see Dimas doing it quite clearly: Yours isn't exactly bad by any stretch of the imagination, but I'd like to see your knees come forward a bit more at the beginning of the second pull. As for your "butt wink," I wouldn't worry about it. You seem to be keeping a fine back position on the recovery.

Got a little carried away, so snatched up to 75 kg (around BW and 10 kg below PR). Good thing was that my knee didn't bother me, and I don't think it will bother me tomorrow either yay. Stability and technique lacked a bit after the long layoff, but it felt very easy nonetheless. Once I know my knee is 100% I don't think it will take long before I snatch 90 kg for a new PR :-D

It was an old injury from running that flared up again due to training several times when I could feel my knee getting worse. The patella tendon then swelled up just where it attaches to the tibia. Went to a physiotherapist, but after doing the prescribed exercises for 2 months I realized it only made it worse. Then a long period of not squatting followed as I was afraid it would happen again (in the beginning of this injury period it swelled just by standing lol?) But yeah, it's getting better and better now. Hope it will be back to 100% in the next 1-2 months so I can get back to some oly lifting for real :-D
