Liquipedia says SlayersPuzzle participated, even took a map from Special. Is this correct?

yea Puzzle has been playing in the last few qualifiers, would love to see his games again

He joins team GP in march and plays in the chinese team league sometimes

GSL S2 Qualifiers Day 2 Brackets and Notable Players. 4 Groups - 3 advance per group today into Code A.

Group B - https://challonge.com/2021GSLS2Day2GroupB (SpeCial, Leenock, Prince, DRG)
Group C - https://challonge.com/2021GSLS2Day2GroupC (PartinG, Ryung, Percival, RagnaroK, Kiwian/TOP)
Group D - https://challonge.com/2021GSLS2Day2GroupD (Hurricane, NightMare, Patience, Armani)

Rogue, Dream, Maru, Trap seeded directly into Code S following top 4 finish in GSL S1.

Zoun, Bunny, Solar, INnoVation qualified into Code S yesterday (Day 1 Qualifiers).

sOs, ByuN, Dark, Cure qualified into Code A yesterday.

If I'm not mistaken Patience is involved in the two biggest surprises we've had in recent GSL qualifiers ; he lost to TOP when he made it to code S, and today to ForGG.

Creator AND Keen advance?? Hype! I love Creator's play, when he plays well it looks SO good. Like his group match vs Zest in the last season of last year, was a very close and exciting PvP. He was so close to advancing that time. Had to wait a half year, but it's excited to see him again! (Time passes wow).

Also cool to see Keen! So exciting to see new players (or returning players) make it back and keep things fresh.

It's cool to see Trust as well... has he been away from SC2? I don't remember him and his page seems to show no activity in many years. That's exciting to see another Protoss, and he beat Special 2-0 so he must be pretty good! Glad DRG made it as well!

For Group C, we're still waiting on Ryung vs Percival... I don't mind if either make it, but it would be hype to see Ryung back, as he was one of the best players during his peak!

As for Group D, I would have preferred to see Patience over Armani, but it's cool we got ForGG from Group D at least! He's been trying to get back into GSL for a while now it seems.

I miss when GSL Ro24 was group stages, as it gave players more chances to upset each other and stuff... but it's also true that weak players would have most trouble trying to prepare for 3 opponents. Do you guys think them making Ro24 just a single Bo5 match ultimately helps give weaker players a better chance to advance? It seems like having say Prince vs Rogue would really suck, whereas if everyone was in groups of 4, you would have chances to beat the other 2 players.
