He is probably good enough (we'd still would have to make sure because prep tournaments and weekenders are different in nature), he doesn't try though which is a shame. Maru on the other hand tries in weekenders and fails time and time again, at some point even maru fans have to deal with the facts (and i am a big maru fan myself) I know, but read what I replied to, not just what I wrote... the bait was simply to strong to not reply to.
There is literally zero reason for Serral to attempt Code S other than proving a couple of internet trolls wrong, which probably is pretty low on the priority list after his physical and mental comfort, quality of life, and bank account.

I'd say Inno is the favorite, but that's just my Zerg fragility as Korean Terrans seem to always beat my favorite Zerg players in finals...then again that "favorite player" has been soO a bunch of times to be fair.

Maru is a hell of a player but he keeps falling short when it comes to this matchup
The alternative we have isnt even bad - Serral vs Innovation is phenomenal and in my personal opinion better than Serral vs Maru. Innovation is one of the greatest sc2 players of all time, he doesnt come second to maru
