The ONLY ground unit that can doge the attack for real is stalkers. Everything else protoss is too slow.

I really don't think he meant air. That's even worse. Anything in the air except tempest would die to the stalkers. Going tempest when your opponent already has 7 is a failsafe way to lose.

Pretty much this You do the same thing really micro units around try to sneak some of them where they aren't looking while making more units.

The only anti-air that isn't stalkers or air is archons though. And those would never kill the tempests (and PartinG had those at some point). It's not like PartinG can channel InCa to build the OP Nerazim immortals from campagin.
