As far as I've seen, it uses less bandwidth because it has less frames per second and looks choppy. But I'm not expert.

No, it doesn't use p2p!
Re the frame, the quality on Enhanced HD is 1080/60fps, and it still uses less bandwidth than other streaming services to do that!
