no point. I think it's more like mech has a very definite shelf life and requires an air transition or you will lose.
Making 30 tanks against Zerg has never been a good idea.

THIS COULD BE A BIG SIEGE!!!
owait I forgot that moonglade has a comp that can't actually take any damage to this maker idiot's tank only play

no point. he is playing it pretty bad. plus he was winning then completely failed with moving out.
He is playing pretty bad, but mech is pretty dead vs Zerg.

lol. with mech you either do one timing before hive or you let your zerg opponent do whatever he wants by turtling on 4 bases and pray that he isn't competent.
it's just not good at all.

lol, trying to say that losing all of his tanks for like two swarm hosts was worth it because moonglade had previously never lost a unit

Moonglade's bank is ridiculous.

And he's still spending all that gas on tanks...

glad this maker guy got a seed. definitely worth being televised.

omg so tense/back and forth. I thought moonglade was dead for sure but he somehow won

Great game by Moonglade. He had 3-3 air on the way for the broodlord transition if need be. That swarmhost/viper composition is really cool

You know how people say you can't read sarcasm on the internet? This guy may have broken that rule.

Unrelated note: that rapid time lapse footage of the river looks pretty cool.

This is like broodlord infestor again, just with a different units. I thought blizzard had learned that free units were not a good idea. Why can't we just get lurkers back?
Edit: Actually I am going to take this moment to express my hate for swarm hosts. FYI I am a zerg player. First they are lair tech brood lords. Second they are not good in small numbers and are only good once they reach a critical mass, thus defeating the purpose of being a unit that controls space. Lastly they are the least scary unit that spawns the least zergy unit that I have ever seen, both the swarm host and the locust don't look like they are zerg at all.
Lastly the lurker is a scary unit that controls space much better, with fewer units, doesn't spawn free units and is much scarier. On top of that the strategy that comes with the lurker is much greater than that of the swarmhost, as seen in ver's article about savior.
