Code A has a ro48,ro32, ro24. People who get past the ro24 get into Code S. If they lose in ro32/ro24 they go into the Up&Downs. If you lose in ro48 youre knocked out of code A.

Yes, I am a Flash fan so obviously my opinions are going to biased however, the way he beat Vampire/Yonghwa as if they were nothing. I have strong belief if he just played safe against MC; he would have likely pulled it off; or better an extremely good match. Flash/MC micro seem to be on par, from the OSL/GSL games, with Flash's macro being better, MC being more strategic. he just pulled off a bisu and ended up with massive damage from pressure but still ended up with the same record as MC but didnt go through thats the frustrating part of it all.

It's fair in the way that everyone has an equal chance, but I think playing tiebreakers if you have 3 players at equal records is better than head to head, and less random. anyway I'm done ranting on this off to bed ;d

Sometimes your player just loses... Everyone goes in knowing how the format works, whining afterwards makes no sense at all. Let it go!

Flash, JD and MC all beat 3 guys. MC beat both so he wins. Flash lost to both so he's out. I'm obviously not complaining about the format. Just saying that "Doesn't matter who you beat. It's about how many people you beat." is plain wrong.

Amazing system IMO. | ||

MC vs Yonghwa should never have been the last game But we would never know Yonghwa was going to be 0 - 4 before the match, same as Flash case. If he was 3-1 or 4-0 before playing against YoDa. All matchs scheduled and hadn't been changed.

That is like saying Squirtle should have won Season 2 if his stalkers didn't get caught. Or Yellow should have won OSL if he defended the bunker rushes. Hell, Yoda would have won if he just kept making marines and attacked Flash instead of letting Flash tech and expand before him in their game. Fact is, players take risks and sometimes they get burned for it. But if they didn't take any risk ever, they would be playing from behind in every game against players who take risks.

Heh, funny thing is. It is actually about who you beat. If Flash lost to Yoda but beat MC, there would have been tiebreakers. Or if he beat JD, he would have been 3rd and gone to wild cards. But again, the format is known for everyone and H2H is one of the most common tiebreakers in competitions (sports, chess, etc). And next time, it might be Flash that goes through because of it.

Flash lost in a fair system, but that doesn't necessarily mean that he is bad. So just drop this fanboyism right now, because you will most likely feel better if you don't feel a need to blame a totally fair system for being shit just because your greedy hero didn't make it.
