I consider paypal to be a bit more secure than the usual credit card with internet since you can actually just put in a limited amount of money,also its very usefull because you don't have to write down your cc number each time you pay something.
I just don't get why people don't have a credit card,i mean it only cost like 2 euros/month and its usefull as hell. Unless you are underage i don't get it.

Its in no way a replacement for a cc.
