Dodgin wth you're normally an alright dude, a standup citizen IMO. This originally WAS a 32 korean palyer event played over weeks... it ALSO was a big Euro event, NA, Canada, Sweden, USA, etc. It's the culmination of SO MANY tournaments, where just a couple slip ups and you're out for the rest of the year. Hence him saying winning this was harder.

I'd also like to point out that Parting beat up a bunch of Code C foreigners and Creator is his first tough opponent in this entire tournament.
Sick bracket luck.
( okay scarlett is pretty good but she got 3-0'd )

Sorry I havent followed SC2 in a long time but I thought there were at least 10 more acomplished nonkoreans that are better than Supply. Once again I just follow SC2 just from results every once in a while so this is a major upset right ? Suppy, not Supply. He's a college student from NA. Very talented and a good player, but hasn't got the time to play SC2 full time. He's in team Evil Geniuses so he's not unknown or anything, but not the most high profile. He was highest finishing foreigner at last MLG! Naniwa was the hoighest foreigner at last MLG. highest, not hoighest ;D Maybe.... :D

These finalists had to go through 2 qualifiers. Korean qualifier is hardest in the world.

If you want to include the qualifier and WCS KR/asia then sure, but this tournament alone is not harder than most premier tournaments.

sure then say WCS KR was pretty tough ( although not as tough as code S ) but definitely not this " world finals '
this is the same situation as WCG where WCG KR is actually harder than the WCG finals themselves

Tourney feels so insignificant: not hearing the crowd really sucks. And a PvP final with only 60k people watching
