Sorry I havent followed SC2 in a long time but I thought there were at least 10 more acomplished nonkoreans that are better than Supply. Once again I just follow SC2 just from results every once in a while so this is a major upset right ? He's an americain player in EG, he's been doing some good results lately( not awesome, but good ones). And we won't lie: the fact that he plays Z might help him, a little bit.

Some of you seriously need to shut up about them hyping the game. IT'S THEIR JOB. You really think they believe that whoever wins this is the best in the world? Of course they don't but Blizzard needs them to sell this tournament.

No, It's not.
There were 7 Korean players at this tournament, and a weekend tournament will never be harder to win than GSL even if the player pool is the same as GSL.

Suppy, not Supply.
He's a college student from NA. Very talented and a good player, but hasn't got the time to play SC2 full time. He's in team Evil Geniuses so he's not unknown or anything, but not the most high profile.
He was highest finishing foreigner at last MLG!
