Well there aren't many good terrans in Europe and some barely (dont) show up at DH's like Kas, Lucifron etc

Anyway, I hope Rain wins. I don't know why I want him to win, maybe just so he can savor that one championship. Just look at the participant list. Since Cloud and Beasty didn't make it out of groups, which other European Terrans did you expect to "represent" the race here? If not many good Terrans sign up, there won't be many in the tournament, what a surprise.

So he most likely won't even get to the stage show part, monchi should be favoured a bit looking at most of DeathAngel's ZvP games today. Deathangel has the ability to win ZvP when he really shouldn't be you don't know it's been a trait of him throughout his career in ZvP, play badly, use weird or outdated compositions, win anyway so he could take out monchi. Sure, he could win, but if he couldn't beat MaNa, he shouldn't really expect to go far against any Protoss.
And he couldn't even beat fraer after he invested fucktons of minerals in useless cannon shenanigans and had his warpgate tech delayed for like two minutes after all the money waste.

That's the whole problem. There were never that many to begin with.

I think it's because Terran's a little weaker than Protoss and Zerg right now. Perhaps Medivacs should get a speed or acceleration boost, or perhaps Snipe or EMP needs either a range buff or have their recent nerfs removed.

If Kas/Thorzain/Happy/Lucifron/BratOK/(KrasS maybe) don't attend tournaments, there won't be foreign Terrans in the playoffs, it's a general rule.
That's why we have Koreans attending.
Edit: Added Krass, he's getting decent.

Kas, thorzain, lucifron, demuslim, dayshi, tarson, happy, strelok, brat_ok, sjow and krass are mia. Beasty, stareagle and cloud were unfortunately unable to make it there are some pretty good EU terrans and krass is a nice up and comber but yeah in general white man can't terran.

2 terran in ro16 has there ever been a worst race distribution in any tournament ever?
|
As already mentioned there are 3 very good Terrans with Thorzain, Lucifron and Kas. The first two are usually very stable in offline events, whereas Kas is often showing nerves. Behind that, there are the remainig 3 Empire Terrans (Beastyqt, Happy, Bratok), who can beat top foreign Zergs/Toss but are pretty inconsistent and do not play on many events. The rest are players like Goody, Cloud, Sjow etc. that just seem a level weaker compared to the representants of the other races.

+ MorroW and TLO switched to zerg and Happy is also thinking about it. Goody will probably quit from what I've red.
It's all so dark.
