I think a lot more thought goes into it because on ladder you're playing random opponents, in a tournament setting there is a lot more pressure because you might be thinking your opponent will have something specially prepared for you. Or you haven't prepared enough for your opponent and are scared of them. We've seen before how far MKP and parting can push themselves before, I don't think either of them would want to spend themselves that much on their first set of matches. | ||
