I don't blame Parting. He has MKP next week in the GSL and no reason to show off any super secret strategies when you're already lost the series. Totally forgot about that. Yea he won't pull off any fancy strategies against him =/
More important.
Parting is saying: Look I can 1 base and throw in the aggression just like anyone else so you better not cut those corners. I know I can beat you in the lategame so once we're there you're done, so if you fear my early aggression you won't be as strong in the midgame when all of my tech is kicking in.

As much as MLG was trying to hype this up, i don't think Parting was ever going to play start up games vs MKP with his GSL Ro16 match next week.

hoping for better series between MC and dongraegu

I'm sad Naniwa is not in the tournament to play this games 3

2 build orded wins and 1/1/1... And I can't blame them. The GSL is way more important than MLG Arena.

Why in MKPs shoes would you play to your opponents strengths? Late game protoss against one of the best late game protoss vs terran players. He can do whatever he wants, it doesn't change the fact that the fans want to see a longer game between these two. It's just disappointing as a spectator. Speak for yourself If SC2 was nothing but 30min macro games it'd be boring If you want to watch games with one base all-ins good for you but you're in the minority. That's not what he's saying. He is saying variety is good and a lot more of the creative builds are cheesy Yeah he's right but this is the matchup that I wanted to see longer games in out of everything in the entire tournament, meh. Also have to keep in mind these guys are going to be playing a tonne of games over the next three days, they have to do these builds. Imagine how fatigued you would get played macro games every set. I never got that logic. I always thought progamers play 20 games or more every day anyway... atleast in Korea where they train hard. So that shouldn't be any problem to play 10 games or so in a macro style. Maybe that argument fits if they are still jet lagged and that might be the case for today.

-_- because 1base vs fast greedy 3base with no scout is really comparable with anything at all.

The NOS replay analysis still says its a hardcounter.

Is it my internet connection, my graphics card, my processor? I assume its on my side and not a problem on MLG's. It's magic, man.. lol. Sometimes I have bad lag on the lower quality streams and it's perfect in 1080p. It makes no sense :D
This is the first MLG event I've been able to watch in 1080p without lag, I'm quite happy about that. It's probably something on their end that can cause issues.

I'm cool with a cheesy build now and then but a bo3 where every game ended before the midgame is really disappointing, they were hyping this match to be really good.
oh well It's not MLG's fault.

qxc and grubby actually wrap up the games pretty good and fast. Im not the guy who usually likes to listen these, but they are pretty good! :O

There s audio problems or is it my connexion ? :x

Why is quality only "auto" for me?

I assume its my connection, although I have 20 mbit downstream. But it seems that MLG's 1080p has so much data....apparently...?

More talking than games. Strange rules no other tournmanet implements for good reason.
Typical MLG.

yeah that's what i thought as soon as i saw both of them laughing after game 3. it's probably because of gsl.
well looks like the free game is over.... meh. this was the match i was most excited for and it was the most boring series i've seen in awhile. probably gonna watch nasl instead

Heart is not positioned correctly at all to deal with a frontal attack.

Glad I'm watching Heart vs Violet, pretty good series so far. Sounds like MKP vs Parting was bad lol.

lol switched over to violet vs heart and noticed they are using maps with gold expansions. Why MLG?
