Anyway guys what were Boxer's upgrades at the end for his mech? I saw 0-2 and if that's right that explains quite a lot actually.

Pfs do nothing against upgraded bio either. this, and despite what Artosis says, I've heard it many times when he's approved of a kill-move over a "get more ahead" move. | ||

Would have been a little bit easier for him to secure that position because the bottom choke at the natural was harder to attack and he could have left less units there. If he expanded upwards and made a slow push towards the top Xel'Naga tower, he would have been able to get a really good and defendable position which defended his top two bases. Then he could just leave a couple of tanks to defend the choke at the bottom. | ||

Mech was fine, but yes the "when you're ahead get more ahead" rubbish is what lost him the game, he had a clear timing to kill, or at least contain marineking, but he was too safe, with so much on the line it's something that's understandable, but MarineKing is someone you don't really want to give the chance of rebuilding and expanding everywhere. | ||

In fact what people are missing is that the mech play actually put him comfortably ahead... then he decided to make BCs | ||
