He's everyone's favorite because he's The Emperor.
A lot of people think he'll never be able to reclaim his glory days and support him merely because of his past. There is a huge number of people who think he's not up to top player status anymore.
He's been ripping through the GSLs. Not the Zotac Cup. Not MLG. Not Blizzcon. The M'Fin GSLs.
He may be the most under-rated true favorite ever.
Yeah. He is still underated because everyone FEELS that he started playing late. But as I posted already, he got nearly 2000 ladder games between his manofoneway and slayers accounts, with a correct winrate (like 60%) People still are under the impression that he lacks practice and sc2 gaming because he owning those accounts have been revealed very late (like 1 month ago ? just before GSL2), but in fact, he played more games than most of other known pros.
Other known pros plays custom games with training partner, like 20 tvz on scrap station, it's much more effective then play 20 random games.

yep. PRACTICING with other players and playing ladder games are completely different. if boxer is having trouble against viking tank play then playing random ladder games is going to be less effective than playing custom games where your partner goes viking tank for you.

I concur with the ladder bashers. It might have been ok at first when everyone was new at the game but it's going to get counter-productive once pros put enough distance between themselves and top diamond players. It's already happening. I hope BoxeR joins or forms a strong team. He'll be even better next GSL. He's already made loads of improvements in such a short time.
P.S.: I heard Slayer was a shared account so not all of those games are BoxeR's

Oh was he inferring Flash has been practicing with Boxer? I see now.. I thought it was just a picture of Flash betting on boxer 3-1ing nada lol. Gotta get that mercury outa my systme.
Of course ladder game is not the same as practicing for a tourney, but still, ladder makes you solid and boxer is obviously training privatly too, each interview he thanks his partners.
Many people think Boxer doesn't have a team, but actually eSports itself is his team Everyone helps him out on strats/practice since he is THE ONE. He gets help from oGs, Prime, TSL, ST, TL(huk)... hell, that's pretty much everyone isn't it?

I can't believe I missed this orgasmic event due to living in the stupid ESTimezone. Couldn't wake up early, was working on my never-progressing-thesis late last night. Oh well, will catch the VODs later.
