Hi, I've been going gasless expand in most match ups well at least vs protoss my build order is a little like Barracks cc Barracks Barracks Bunker Double gas
and I always make my bunker on the high ground and cc in the base. Is it safe to go ahead and make the command center on the low ground and bunker on the low ground? It doesn't feel very safe to me but I heard the comment that I should be making them on the low ground instead. Also any revisions to my build if it is not optimal would be great! Thanks

It's really safe for TvP. With a Bunker down and SCVs nearby to repair, you can't be killed from the front. You can easily judge what the Protoss is doing past the first 2 Stalkers 1 Zealot harass/poke by scanning or moving out and counting units. From then you can choose to deny Gas for marines and hit a timing to punish heavy teching/greedy play in the early game or you can tech yourself.
TvT you should be okay depending on your Engineering Bay and Tanks timing. That build would probably best used offensively to get map control with the 3Raxes worth of marines.
TvZ meh, I don't know. Zerg would probably take a quick 3rd on most maps as a response so you should be fine.

It's ordinarily safe on maps with naturals on high ground - like Shakuras, Antiga. It's riskier on low ground naturals but for maps like Shattered with a choke into the natural it's definitely defendable - I would not recommend 1 rax FEing on maps like these though unless you are confident with defending hellion or tank or banshee pressure with marines. As always how 'safe' 1 rax FEing on any map is is dependent on what you scout of what your opponent is doing.
Difficult to suggest any changes to a build order in an ambiguous state like that

Hello, I'm a masters terran that is having a lot of trouble with late game TvP. More specifically, I can't beat any kind of maxed protoss army that's 3/3 with any kind of maxed terran 3/3 army. I'm thinking my maxed army control is pretty lacking but it might also be my composition. Any advice would be awesome.

Here is a written summary of my notes regarding your play. Overall your macro was solid, but your engagements were bad, and you got ghosts and moebius reactor too late. + Show Spoiler +thoughts:
overall solid first 18 minutes the engagement between 18 and 20, don't engage, just pressure and take fourht unless you can get a good engage
make more ghosts instead of marines
research moeubious reactor before cloak
engagement at 23:00 needed ghosts also something was upwith your micro
moebius reactor is so important
engagement at 26:00:
1) lost all the ghosts for no reason, keep them further back when emping 2) don't have your ghosts so far forward 3) attack in a concave, not in a choke 4) all that move-commanding instead of attack-moving hurt you
you remax without ghosts, but by then it's already over anyways

I basically start off with a forGG TvZ opening with reactor'd hellions to cloaked banshee. he however blind counters with 2 spores in his base and goes for a fast lair tech.
i go back and plan to push out when +2 weapons is done and a few tanks to kill roaches
when i get to his base at around 16 minutes or so, i see hive tech is finished, and he's got 4-5 broodlords coming at me. completely unprepared i run back, lose like 3 or 4 thors and basically die a slow death.

One of my friends has a Razer Deathadder, and he was able to bind a side button on the mouse to r, and used that for sniping. I think this might depend on your mouse driver software-- I haven't run into this issue, but I haven't bound my scrollwheel to anything.

Hey yall,
Not sure what happened here. My opponent went 2 base 7 RR to counter my reactor hellions. I scout this, and don't let him get into my base, but he immediately goes right up to 50 drones and has 12 mutas at the 11:00 mark, and I just die because I can't even make enough marines to fight them straight up. How should I have reacted better in this game to what looked like an all-in? This pressure seemed to be basically consequence free for him, and I only lost a supply depot and had to build my engineering bay slightly early. Let me know what you think.

good emps, but you missed the archons, and your ghosts all died afterwards. pull back ghosts after emp not producing units why did you move out before being maxed?
why is there kiting? you can attack move at this point to victory second stimpack too early
i wouldn't chase after the second stim runs out-- you're out of medivac and ghost energy
Things I think lost you the game: engaging before max at the final fight, and not producing during it losing your ghosts during the final fight attacking with low hp units without medivac or ghost energy after the fight
Things I think need work but didn't lose you the game: tech lab ratio on barracks should correspond to your marauder/ghost to marine ratio that you want

In TvT I do a 1 rax expo that goes rax CC gas 2x rax gas
this is because i want tanks out quick in case of a 1 base tank push, Though I still lose to these pushes sometimes I was wondering if I should just open different, and if so how

maybe open different on smaller maps like shattered temple close air positions or something and leave the 1 rax cc to tal darim and antiga sized maps!
