Even if you only change a detail it will tell you that there was made a change that isn't saved. But if you still managed to do the improbable you should just be able to download it by going to Open > B.net and search for it there. Not sure if you can just search for any map though.

Sorry i'm not a fan of it, so my answer is a generic one

Usually at school I don't get internet connection so I can't go into the create multiplayer screen to play vs AI. So I have to use the single player screen but the amount of maps I have makes it load so slowly that by the time I get a game going I have like 5 minutes left before class is over. Can anyone help? tl;dr Can you like delete old downloaded maps like in SC:BW? This is a Simple Q/A, so i'll answer here Downloading is vague.. you always dwld all the maps you play, some other maps you dwld from sites and not by playing... i don't understand the correlation (it being long to load your list of maps...) however i aim to help not understand Just go in your cp and delete said maps (application/sc2/mod/... the maps should all be there), just put them in the trash (manage published (as iron' advised) would be if you dwld and published them... however i still don't get it.. so please rephrase if this advice fell flat on its arse and solved nothing

I reseted the video options in the editor and now it works. I can see them just fine.

If you got problems with the edit you can just compare how Blizzard made these optinos on their maps, for example on Shakuras Plateau.

What am I doing wrong?

1) I only see Water and Lava as fluid settings. I know how to make the water look good, but how do I make Ice? 2) How do you create "dead space" at the edges of maps. EXAMPLE: On Xel'Naga Caverns, there is a dead space in the center, and the edges. I don't think that dead space like this can be made by using ramps. There is a cool fade effect on the cliff.
![[image loading]](http://media.mlgpro.com/site/images/features2/xelnaga1.jpg) My question is a) How do you create that drop-off cliff with the cool fade effect? b) how do you place doodads such as that stone arch in this cliff? 3) Does rotating the start position Change which side the workers are on, or does it change the actually angle you see the start building? 4) How do I make a player the white color without having to make them "Neutral", which would make it not player-controlled?

Then I realized that you were probably talking about the fog. About how to do that I'll gladly direct you bach a couple sites to this post.
b) Again not totally sure if I understand it right but if so you're talking about those spikes coming out of the cavern in the middle? If so you just select any doodad, press shift (to ignore placement requirements) and place it wherever you want. Also works outside of map boundries.
3) Never tried it, not even sure if you can actually rotate it. But if you can I'm sure it will not change anything.

How do I take a screenshot of my map in fullscreen in the editor? I can only get a screnshot within the viewport in the editor which is decently small.

How do I get to the model maker from startup of the Editor? Furthermore, what are some tips for creating custom models?
|
"model maker"? "creating models"?
...i must be thick
The data editor houses the Models (which you can change size). You can import "exterior" models and "add/stack" several models together.. you can play with coloring some, however there are no "creation art tools" in galaxy... AS for tips.. besides surfing sc2m? Dunno

[Q] What kind of option is necessary to code a certain weapon or spell or be shield piercing? Like Dealing Direct Hull damage without damaging the shield portion of the health.

Question: is there a map that allows you to practice dropping? like ovie drops with baneling bombs. Thanks!

When you select your entire army, any move command you do will move all the units. You already know this.
When you want to select a specific type of unit in your composition. Ctrl + Left-click let's you select them all and let's you use their abilities.
Additionally, you can select them all and press tab to alternate between units, you can't move them this way but if you have roaches and infestors for example, you can select them all: Press R to burrow and then press tab to switch to infestors have them make infested terrans with the hotkey.
