i know who you are, and i also know that you are very well aware of most of the stuff i posted. though im sure some people are interested in this thread and in what i self understanding for you.
your right about the textures, though arent as carefully done as as some 3d artist nerds would like them to see, the fulfill their function very well. as well as the models. they dont look very dynamic and ambientic, but they fulfill their role. you state its because of the early version, im fine with that i only wnated to to point it out. nevermind if you feel negativly criticized.
my opinion on the minerals stay though. more ressources lead to a faster game and probably more action. also i dont think a base as hard to hold like this ( even if you change it a bit ) is worth with so few patches unless you are about to win anyway and just a finisher. but of course i could be wrong, because i have far less experience (im not sarcastic or ironic.)

I'm sorry to inform you that in your country of origin displaying the swastika is illegal. There are exceptions, for example anti-nazi symbolism, like a swastika with a cross through it, as well as the swastika displayed for art purposes (in Germany video games aren't considered art).
Also, the pea coat has nothing to do with nazis. It was used by all armies during WW2, specifically by their navies.

nice remake, never really liked the original map on scbw- but this might be fun for sc2

Because there is no such thing as edit.....

god, stop talking about nazi sign on maps, 90% of map with rotational symetry will have a nazi sign or inverted one

I fail to see how the middle looks like a swastika. I really like the way you use your tilesets, it makes your maps look so awesome.

wasn't there in original seems odd you would even add it :s
????? i know what a swastika looks like... and there definitely isn't one in this map?

wow that's quite a good copy of the original. though somehow, it fells much more crammed than sc1 but hey that's what all sc2 maps are like right now.

I wasn't going to post since I didn't have much to say about the map, but why are so many people so sensitive about the design of the middle? It's not a swastika; it doesn't even look like a swastika. Just because MorroW decided to make some nice rotational symmetry in his map should not mean that half the people in this thread should troll about such an insignificant thing.
Hell, it looks more like a shuriken than a swastika.

Version 1.1 - made it visually easier to see ramps and high ground compared to low ground - added some decoration and worked on the textures - added heights
