Flash is clearly one of the top two players in the world right now. He's shown a little vulnerability in TvT...
Except, he showed vulnerability in TvP losing to Snow and Free. And then he showed some vulnerability in TvZ in the way he lost to Effort and almost lost to S2 today.

WIN LOSS RANK
1. Jaedong 2. Flash
There, I've settled this debate once and for all. Now let's get back to debating the POWER RANK.

He played like a beast in OSL & MSL qualifiers.. so what does he have to do more? He lost to Pusan & Stats .. ok.. but I mean really when Flash had a worse record, he can continue being #1 but pinpointing Bisu's.. really questionable.. I wouldn't see Bisu in Top 5, still.. but he deserved #6 or #7 IMO. Well he lost to #6 (who's been more consistent recently), free did pretty much the same as bisu but arguably better, sea won his seeding group, great's being playing beastly and came running up in his seeding group so really, without any S class scalps and a long absence from PR, 10 was the only spot I could justifiably give bisu. Anything higher would be assuming something more from bisu based on his history.

It's not like flash got knocked out of anything special or that jaedong won anything special this month anyway. I guess losses and wins from any regular matches that weren't "special" don't hold any value. Jaedong going 8-1, Flash going below 50% is still not a reason to put JD over Flash. Stylish, I really like your contribution toward Terrans but it's really time to put fanboyism aside I didn't mean they didn't hold any value. But in my oppinion they weren't valuable enough to drop the guy who just 3-0'd jaedong and made both finals. Flash didn't get dropped out of anything and his team is still #1.
I can understand that some people wanted jaedong at #1 spot. I'd just like for others to understand why flash kept his spot this month.

If I had to put my life savings on Flash winning a game or a series against one randomly chosen player picked out of a hat, or I had to put my life savings on Jaedong winning a game or series against one randomly chosen player picked out of a hat, I'd still probably throw that money on Flash, even with Jaedong's nice wins and Flash's losses. I don't discount the blip on Flash's record lately, but I'd be hard pressed to put him at 2 now without some more evidence next month, and to put him at 3 is just pure ignorance.
Someone gets it.

Well why not make PR seasonal then? It seems only the finals count and whatever happens in-between months are nothing to take into consideration. Losing 5 ACE matches meaning your team gets 5 losses because of YOU is far less noteworthy than a simple final that mindgames can bring you from 3-0 to 0-3.

Yeah Flash losing every single ace match then proceeding to stumble through his MSL group definetly showed us how powerful he is. Good thing he made himself an easy Group to show us how powerful he is by noobbashing s2 and classic

Gave me a good laugh.

And the streak of PR-pwning Jaedong continues, love the bias.

Yet when Jaedong had a terrible month ( tlpd stuff) he retained number 2 :O!? Yeah, he was above 50%. And remember, the losses reflect quite a bit on the player. That loss vs stork was EPIC! Completely mined out the map, lol. God, that was a great game. I miss stork. And if you recall, I commented that Jaedong would have won that game if it were played on any other map. Jaedong had pretty weak lineup that month, far weaker than Flash's this month.
Hmm, I wouldn't say far weaker. I did some calcs with TLPD and if you do the weighted average of the vT against Flash this month compared to vZ against Jaedong that month, the difference is less than 2% winrate against their respective races. It's not really significant. Then, if you average the respective vT and vZ of their opponents who they lost to, JD's losses average a higher win percent vZ than Flash's did vT.

Let's also take away all 7 other wins by Jaedong because he didn't deserve it as much as Flash. Uhh yeah, it's a 1on1...
edit: he must have meant "holding his own." But really, it was a free win.

Thank god s2 didn't wait for his defilers to land some swarms before attacking twice otherwise we would have 15 paragraphs explaining why Flash is #1.

It's not CLEARLY. It's arguable. One side just happened to get more supporters, and Plexa chose the other. =/

Good decision to cut Flash some slack IMO. This is the first time he really needed it since October, and it's well deserved considering what he has accomplished during that time. But one more month of results like this while JD keeps delivering and the throne will no longer belong to Flash.

This ranking is laughable... Probably the worst assessment of the players skill level I've seen since your blog about Effort. Man, someone else needs to write those rankings now. This is just absurd.
