More seriously one of the consequences of making all the jungle camps essentially equal in terms of experience/gold value is that stealing just one of them has less impact. If you aren't stealing a critical buff or putting in a very concerted counter-jungling effort you aren't accomplishing much, and if you're contesting important objectives like that chances are you don't want Quick Smite. Realistically Quick Smite needs to be stronger as a farming/counter-jungling tool if it's going to be used versus Challenging or Destructive. Desolating Smite is similarly limited in value (although it, at least, can help Sieges by wave-clearing!). | ||

I think the counterjungling smite makes a lot of sense and is really cool. If its weak all it should need to be strong is just numbers tweaks. | ||

Nunu's the only one I can think of that might make really good use of quickening smite, but the one that slows seems really strong on him too, layered slow cc seems pretty stronk. | ||

Quick Smite at least allows you to clear three camps while Smiting twice, whereas the base cooldown is such that you can start on one end and not have Smite back until you reach the other. | ||
