Not CD, though, but like if you bought nashors on Karthus, his ult would come out faster. whenever there's a cast bar, that duration would be reduced. | ||

Sort of an offbeat reference, but kind of like how AGI affected castframes in ragnarok online for instant cast spells? Depends on the skill though, for a channel like karthus R shouldn't be affected, but for karthus Q, it should. | ||
