With Panth being super popular and strong in the jungle right now, its pretty obvious imo that Riot will throw down some nerfs on him soon. What do you guys think they will be? Ult CD nerf?

They already did on this patch, it was the mobies nerf which affected every jungler. Wukong is a bigger problem than pantheon right now and they decided to hit all junglers with the mobies nerf. Riot actually knew what they were doing here, I feel, even though as a jungle main it hurts, but when I'm undefeated on a champ through platinum and he's my most played there's something going on that needs to be changed.

I'm still undefeated and wukong is still my most played but yeah, they did right by targeting junglers with the mobility boots change. Pantheon is going to stay where he is. He's actually in a good spot right now, only too strong at the professional level.

With the Nocturne "soft-counter" coming around do you think he's still too strong?

I don't see how Nocturne counters Wukong at all. Wukong's strength is that he's like a Shaco til level 6 where he becomes a Pantheon that catches a team instead of catching one player. Nocturne was my s3 main and Wukong is my s4 and I feel that they're both strong (used Wukong/Wukong/Nocturne to promo to plat earlier this month) and now that damage junglers are a thing again they're both gonna be played quite a bit but in terms of strictly initiation, Wukong does it waaaaaaaaaay better and is a lot harder to play against. Counterganks are another thing but if you are a good jungler you will be in the right spot and Noc ult doesn't help as much against a player with perfect jungle sense as it does against scrublords with no sense of timing.

This applies to Pantheon too, if you're good at predicting jumps you can actually counter him pretty easily. The hard part is that a lot of the time in solo queue you have people who don't have an intuitive sense of jungle timings and they'll just derp into jumps over and over and there's not much you can do about it.

Oh sorry I was speaking about Pantheon Pro play. Last week on LCS people were saying/playing Nocturne as a "counter" to panth. So was wondering about it.

How exactly is Noct considered a counter to panth? Is it because of his global ult as well?

Can't counter gank Noct during his ult. Though I laugh at people calling Noc's ult a global. It's a glorified gap closer at lvl 1.

Yeah I think it's that. Makes it harder for the other team to coordinate (though honestly it's LCS, not a big deal most of the time) and threatens the countergank.

Noct beats panth 1v1 in jungle. Farms faster and wins 3v3 and 2v2.

Omg I ask how Sej is, get 8 pages of Sej vs Mummy.....

I ASKED HOW SEJUANI IS BY HERSELF, NOT asking for a comparison of mummy vs Sej lol.

I assume that's impossible in this thread however, so forget it.

Pretty sure he's the strongest jungler at the moment, although Vi is more consistent

Wukong used to be played top, but FotM shit like Renekton or Shyvana wrecks him without even trying, Darius has one of the most one-sided match-ups in the whole game, and meta-dependant stuff like Shen (or possibly Lee, the match-up is shit on paper but maybe I'm missing something that could help Wukong) doesn't really care about him either.

Then people realised that all this time he absolutely crushed squishy mids (including several of those AD that were sent there too) but right after AD casters/bruisers started being sent mid people realised Jayce and Kha'Zix were so damn broken they eclipsed all of them so back to the dark corner for monkey.

Jungle changes made his clear less painful, not having to be able to gank and camp from level 2 onwards (or buff to buff level 3) helped his meh early levels, and generally higher xpm helped his "farm till 6" status.

What makes him that broken, then? His jungling doesn't seem that strong.
Is it that Wukong in general is an extremely strong teamfighter post-6 (and especially post-11, when he gets a big base damage increase on his ult and probably has some AD to use the scaling), and it just so happens that the jungle is the only viable role for him at a high-level in the current meta?
Cant take LMS hipsters serious.

Dunno about Wukong being the "strongest" but he is a top tier jungler, along with Elise/Vi/Panth. I want to say Lee is up there too but only if you are a top-tier pro jungler, otherwise he is definitely not top tier. Olaf is close to top tier but he's harder than all of those/more situational

pretty much nailed it on the head. He is probably the best scaling lategame bruiser and in soloq 99% of junglers have no idea to how shut down enemy junglers. He snowballs pretty hard too due to his great AD ratios, not to mention having a 30% shred on his basic ability. Combine that with being pretty easy to play, and you have a formula for being "op"

Nobody gets to play Kassadin. He has been banished.

Looking at statistics on lolking though his winrate has dropped a lot even though the play rate is still under 4%.

It also helps that with just SotEL and brutalizer he can 100-0 an ADC all the way til lategame. The knock up utility is also very strong, especially if you don't suck with it.

Anyone in bronze/silver wanna duo with me? I am getting too many trolls on my smurf and it has become very frustrating to play (low bronzies are really unpredictable). I am 2-3 on my provision matches lol.

All I ask from you is to not ragequit and expect me to only play nocturne. I was gold 2 last season and I am gold 2 now, in case that matters. Add me if you are interested 'bad riven bot'.
