His mana costs are pretty inconsequential, probably just get away with morello with a couple drings. Void Rift is on a 15 second cooldown once Vel'koz has burned all charges of it, at level 5. Even with significant amounts of cdr, this seems like a hellishly slow way to clear compared to what some other champions have. I guess if your opponent is really dumb and lets you hit them and creeps at the same time, it won't be that bad. And I really want to max his q because it's so smooth and has such a long range (and the slow duration goes up with levels). -_- Also, on Kayle heal: I think adding the speed buff and nerfing her q created about as many problems as it solved. Sure she doesn't blow people up nearly as quickly now, but lategame you're trucking around with like 600 movespeed with the heal up (and lichbane and boots 2). If you can't cc her and kill her instantly and the game is relatively even, I'm not really sure how you're supposed to get to her. Then you factor in that she can give that speed to an adc, Jax, or Shyvana, etc and it can get really silly.

Might as well check the PBE thread. /shamelessplug

Unless you want to play shoved in from level 1-9, you need at least 2 or 3 points into W asap, otherwise you just out classed in getting shoved in. As far as I can gather from his kit, you don't need to worry about winning your lane, you just need to farm it out, and then when teamfight appears, you press R and kill people.

His heal before the change was 100-50-25 or 100-75-50. "That' was retarded. Kayle ult costing nothing has almost 0 balance related issues and it should be treated as if always up and she can always cast it anyways. Kayle is FAR from OP, this is coming from someone who had almost 70 games and an 80% win rate in s3 with her (carried me to plat woo woo).

Just because it makes sense for one hero doesn't mean to should apply to all heros. Why would you even ask that question when you know what the response would be...

Have a 82% win rate on tristana this season over 16 games, does that make her OP? Dyrus: Tryndamere 24 7 77.4% Tryndamere OP!?

Dyrus: Tryndamere 24 7 77.4% Tryndamere OP!? 80% winrate over 70 games is far more significant than 80% winrate over 16 games or 75% winrate over 24 games. That said, winrate isn't everything. While I do think Kayle is a bit strong I find it hilarious how people are qqing over Kayle OP when not even a month ago the majority of people were saying how Riot killed Kayle with the Q nerf.
