Velkoz is such a weird champ.

1. All of his abilities feel super smooth. You almost never have to stop and wait for them to cast, except his ult.
2. How does this guy clear waves? His q seems like it should be his main clear spell, but its pretty iffy. Void rift sucks except as a means to apply stacks of his passive. Which leaves techtonic disruption, but you probably don't want to be using that for clearing waves. I feel like he actually sort of has to work at this, despite having a lot of aoe.
3. Lots of true damage, if you land all of your stufff.
4. Rylais/Liandries seems like it would be really good on him, but I was pretty disappointed to learn his q is considered multi-target (makes sense though).
5. One step closer to a "fire ze laser" team.

Also his q slow seems to decay extremely quickly. I barely even notice the slow. I guess I'd have to play against it to see how noticeable it really is.
