A better response: to advance MMR, you need to stop caring how well your teammates are doing, and focusing on your own performance/play. For instance, Nightblue3 suggests you treat all teammates as bots. If they do poorly, whatever; if they carry, great job annie bot! You get the idea. Raging at teammates is the #1 sign that you aren't improving. Also the QQ thread is thadaway. edit: and whatever Roffles just said.
