I'd rather then be beneficial in that scenario but still flexible enough that it doesn't feel punishing for a support to not be in the lane. | ||

We'll have to figure out the dangling 5% CDR problem somehow - perhaps we can add 5% CDR to some niche items. Well it took them a while to figure out. "Hey, bruisers? You're not allowed to build CDR unless you go for niche items like gauntlet or stuff we nerfed the hell out of like FH." And yeah, it makes no sense to nerf the Lucidity boots like that. Buffing them to 20% CDR would probably make them too slot-efficient in this regard, even with a cost increase, so keeping them at 15%, reducing the cost, and maybe finally putting some other items at 15% instead of 10 would have probably worked better. Only thing it changes for me is that as Sona or Lulu I'll get my boots 200 gold faster (since I tend to build chalice before boots2 anyway). | ||
