so vlads pool is bugged since 4.2, i got stunned by sion Q in middle of my pool, same with turret damage if the missiles are already in motion they will do damage -.-

From what I've seen in LCS and streams, pathing is usually Lizard->Brutal->LW->Black Cleaver if you are constantly ramping up on kills then tanky after that. If going average, Lizard->Brutal->Tanky->LW later. The 4% mana regen passive from spirit stone/elder lizard is more than enough to keep you mana healthy

Hmmmm, I just had a Vlad on my team just then. He dodge several blitz hooks that would have definitely hit with pool.

Is blitz hook a projectile though?

Well Blitz hook counts as a projectile for purposes of Yasuo's Wind Wall at least. Still, not all projectiles are the same in their interactions with other abilities.

pretty sure its supposed to work like that. if you already throw out a spell that's guaranteed to hit (or a turret fires) and vlad pools it still hits. its only the stuff that that needs hit confirmation (ie skill shots) that I think would miss. of course I'm not an expert or anything so I could be 100 percent wrong

Nah, I've dodged shit like Vi ulti (targeting me) and Fizz fish on me with Vlad's pool for example.

Didn't know its messed up this patch, haven't played him in awhile.

Afaik, fizz ult is a skillshot. If it hits you, neither pool or rappel could dodge the damage.

Also can anyone explain how hecarim's ultimate works? Like they're supposed to move away from me right? Sometimes when people are running away and I ult while chasing they move towards me but sometimes when I gank a lane from behind and they move towards their tower they just walk through me as if the cc wasn't applied or something.
