I'm thinking that the trinket upgrade would have a 1min CD, and upon activation it reveals an area for 3-4s, but you can cast it twice more within 10s. Let's you either very quickly scan 3 areas for enemies, or else keep vision over an area for a long time. | ||

Of course once you hit 4 it disappears as you melt wraiths and wolves with Q-auto-E and some autos on the big monster (at some point your Q is enough for the little wraiths), and you've got smite and W for the golems and the wight. Draven is so frustrating... most of those I play against are utterly terrible, but his passive and Q make him snowball so hard with little mechanical skill (I mean he takes good mechanics in fights and has high skill ceiling, but in lane his floor is extremely low thanks to his Q). This normally wouldn't be a problem, but it means that if one of your allies (bot partner, jungler, roaming mid, etc.) gives him a kill he snowballs extremely hard off of lazy right-click damage, making the lane close to an automatic loss against decent ones. Those I see are mostly bad and I assume they pick him to make up for their abysmal mechanics, but even then it's such a huge pain to come back after even the slightest slip up. | ||

I feel like both of these posts deserve some sort of moderation, but that's just me. Those support item changes seem kind of neat. It's a straight buff to all three items though, I wonder how that will effect stuff and things. I agree that the boots changes seem exceptionally strange. It might make CDR boots more attractive to supports, but will certainly make them less attractive to everybody else. | ||

In progames, you only need to hit around 20% cdr with items, the rest should be covered up by blue and blue pot. Although, this nerf does hurt Blue Build Ez quite a bit. Can never get 40% with items now. | ||
