Thanks! Korean build was Sunfire/Spirit Visage->Spirit Visage/Sunfire->Necklace->Randuins/GA->game is over I've seen them sometimes skip Necklace if it's a low-kill game. They also get Triforce at times if the Rengar is doing well. Triforce Q is ridiculous amounts of damage.
Mostly, it's just Sunfire+Visage core. Randuins is a must for lategame otherwise AD carries will shred you. Everything else is situational. Skill build is usually E at level 1, then W max. Q or E second is preferential - Q is more damage, E is more utility. Since most Rengars splitpush, maxing Q second is probably best.

Over 800 games played so it's definitely not trying to magically find my MMR or something.
If it think's my placement is too high compared to my MMR that would explain the little amount I get for a win but then I should be getting massive point losses when I lose. Or vice versa if it thinks my MMR is too low, massive gains and minimal losses. But I have no clue why it both thinks I'm too good and too bad both at the same time, I'm not even near the top of the division so it's not like it's clamping down on me all of a sudden.
I got 5-6 points through all of gold1 and gained 28-40 points in plat5. Took 3 wins to get to plat4 promos.
Clamping being eliminated in all divs except d1 next season. There's hope.

Well ladder gets soft reset this week, so it honestly doesn't really matter all that much.

Apparently the blurry icon/caster minions throwing smite icon visual bug is a result of alt-tabbing out during the load screen while in full-screen mode.
Huh. That actually explains alot.

Might try repairing or reinstalling.
Explanation is that alt-tab during load screen pulls it into RAM and textures don't load properly. Not sure how it works with Windowed. Perhaps if you alt-tab windowed too? idk
Just means I'll have to use something else during load screen. Those random smite icons were hilarious but annoying.

Why is there such a thing as a ladder reset? How does it make sense in any way? I don't really understand the purpose of this.

It's a soft reset.
Just makes players closer in ELO/MMR to each other.
So the range of player skill you're up against goes instead of, say, current Gold 1 to Gold 3, to Plat 4 to Gold 5.

To come back on the Sejuani bit, I saw people say that she has a weak earlygame. While comparing her to Amumu. The argument was that if you get caught in your jungle AND you have your Q down AND they can stick to you very easily. Of course they can, that's why you don't use your Q when you know the enemy jungler might be there...
Also Shikyo, I think also that a large part of the win % is that people who play Diamond are in general more comfortable on Amumu, because he is an older champ, than Sejuani.

So... I guess the immunity to decay will go away too. Looks like I'm going to have to play again. But with LCS back, my job, and all the books and stuff I currently have it's going to be hard to find the time for it. I really dislike only playing 1-2 games per session since it's barely the warm-up.

Because grinding 5v5 elo can be frustrating. Gives people a chance to move up or boosted accts a chance to move back where they belong.
It doesn't change much in my experience. Or yours.

Basically, keeps the normal distribution curve from getting too ridiculous at the extremes.
Should improve challenger Q times on a temporary basis.
