Playing Jinx in the PBE in a custom right now, it seems like her steroids are ridiculously powerful. Her Q switches from Rocket Launcher to mini gun where the rocket launcher gains 175 range, does 110% damage and cleaves at level 5 while her mini gun stacks up to 3 times with a 130% attack speed buff that only loses stacks 1 at a time. At level 1, it's a 50% attack speed buff. Her W is a line slow that seems to have really good scaling though long to cast, and her E makes a small wall kinda like Aniva's which snares for 1.5 seconds from level 1. Her R is does a LOT of damage with 25% missing health + a decent AD base at level 1.

Well. That's misleading. LvL 9 is the earliest she'll get at that range. Zap looks like the thing to level up first. So she probably won't get her max range for a while. But yes. Her kit looks bonkers. I wonder how good of an AoE her q gives her and how mana hungry the ability is.

Pretty sure AoE with 10% bonus damage and 175 range is better to start fights, but the moment people start closing, swap weapons and raze them down with the absurdity that is a 43% per shot AS steroid. Then W. 210+1.4 is alright, but the slow is pretty big, and it's 1450(!!!!) range. E damage at early levels seems out of line. Final stats should be okay depending on how hard it is to hit.
R damage seems to be a bit on the high side for a 1 second missile. I'd rather they make it a bigger hitbox and lower the flat damage, especially the level 1 ultimate.
Garen's ultimate only has 4% more missing health damage, while losing out massively both on cooldown and penetration bonuses. The flat portion is going to get massively outscaled as well. Garen ulti will do less damage at pretty much all points in the game, and that's when the current iteration of garen pretty much relies solely on his ultimate to even get kills without opponents screwing up.
Once they tone her down, I think she'll be in a decent spot. Oh, and up her mana costs.
Q should cost about the same as ashe's, maybe a bit higher(+1-2 per shot) because she shouldn't spend all her time in rocket form, W should be 55+5, and E should be 70 flat or so.

I think Jinx's Q is the ability with the most ability for intriguing balance options. But that is only if they make weaving a more interesting option than it currently looks like. I'm very glad that they kinda mixed it up with that...as long as they don't screw that up.

I wonder if they can have the forms change the BAS of the champion. Something like +10% to BAS in minigun, along with the other bonus, but the minigun adds only 0.7 or 0.8 bonus AD. Something to get the rapid fire feel without quite as much raw power.

This is part of the reason i'm interested in her base and scaling stats. if the BAS is low then her 135% attack speed will be less effective relatively to Tristanas Boost or other steroids, and it'd make rocket mode more attractive. Her mana pool also determines how she will be played. We have to assume that her Q won't proc Spellblade passives right? because that'd be insane on her.
Interesting to think what Hurricane will do on her, whether it'll be 110 + 2x 55% or 2x 60%, and whether the AOE applies to the secondary bolts.

Just played Jinx on PBE as jungle (just vs bots), seems like the best ADC jungle now over Ezreal. Lacks mobility but her Q AS buff gives mad clear speed, and early can use it to AOE clear. Got a trinity + bork + lvl 5 q (no AS runes/masteries) and had 1.94 AS.
Her ult is very hard to hit but damn does it hit when you do. Looks like she will be a very strong ADC, I can see Graves coming back into play just to deal with her. But Graves sort of does suck so idk, I main jungle I could be wrong.
Edit: Not saying she's a GOOD jungle, just the best ADC one. Has potential but the lack of a reposition move sucks.
