Was on purpleside the other day and our firstpick took fizz with the remark:"lolol they didnt ban or fp fizz" proceeded to go 0/5 in lane vs enem darius even after i asked him if he wants to swap with my liss top to lane afainst nidalee which quite an easy lane for fizz.
How does Kha'Zix do vs Fizz? I had a Kha on my team the other day and he destroyed Fizz, but I wonder if that was just the Kha being good or the matchup.

"counters" is a pretty loose term because the snare can backfire pretty badly. you can end up porting yourself into a tower or the whole enemy team,while your team is 3 flashes away.
Well that's not fault of Maokai but the player, obviously you need to pick your spots but still a Maokai getting focused in a teamfight after snaring the Fizz whose playful trickster just missed your entire team isn't generally the worst possible outcome(unless your team indeed is nowhere and you are 1v5)

I find a lot more similarities with the Riddler than I do with Harley.
She does share Harleys overly gleefull attitude and tendency to give things silly names, but not much else.
Whats really great about he character design is really how she is obviously inspired by the Joker, but takes a whole different spin to the archetype than someone like Shaco would. She likes to jest, but isn't obsessed with it - instead she just loves attention and outsmarting everyone, so jesting is just one of the ways she does this. The fact that her personal obsession with Vi is based on how much the two are alike (rather than the polar opposites of Joker-Batman) also gives some great depth to her personality.

Maokai is def a good jungle choice vs fizz, especially those baddie fizzs that wont adapt and still run ignite/barrier regardles of enemy comp.
Apparently championselect says that viktor and swain are countered by fizz, too but from my xp those 2 actuall destroy fizz. ( i think atrioc touched on the swain-fizz matchup in his guide)

Lux, Ahri, Orianna, Ezreal, Garen, etc. appear on the pool party pictures and they don't have skins either. It's not that she has one of these skins planned, rather that Riot saw an opportunity to hide references to her in there.

I prob play only really bad fotm fizz´, but I have decent success with Kayle. Your ult negates his obv, and you can just harass him with e easily, when he jumps at you, just kite back with w. Have to wait for q when he already used trickster obv.

I think fiddle might also counter fizz (at least during laning), though that is kind of weird due to fiddles being inherently not that good in mid. Drain persists through playful, and fear gives your team 3 seconds to actually kill fizz if you ever manage to get it onto him, and it can't even be dodged because it is instant, not a projectile.

My personal experiences confirm Swain as a legit pick vs Fizz. It just feels like you just bully the living crap out of him. Basically E every time he goes for a last hit.

Jaybrundage played Cho vs my Fizz mid, and that was pretty much the worst thing known to man. Go to cs? Get hit by vorpal, go to cs? get hit by silence, cant trickster, cant q, eat a knock up, die. I could see AP cho being a decent pick, but all of like 12 people NA can play him lol.

People just assume because of the healing debuff Fizz counters Swain, which sadly isnt the case

is taric a bad support now? I feel like I don't even have time to run up to my opponents and cast my W/R after I stun because the duration is so much shorter :/

Yeah Taric seems so bad now compared to leona/nami/fiddle/zyra... or any other support lol. His E stun duration was so nerfed that u need to max it first to even get to ur opponent in time to hit W ;/ Sad.
