She does feel kinda rough when you're behind, but unless you're REALLY behind, then you can make it up through team fighting wisely (pretty standard for most mages). Also I'm the most sad that I can't even reach Gold 1 when people are still buying Atma's at all at "that high level." I'M SO BAD. For S4, Riot pls make all items viable. That would be kewl. | ||

When they were doing their pass-through to make MR growths more consistent (melee = MR/lvl, ranged = no MR/lvl), Shen was too strong (as he always is) so they probably didn't feel comfortable buffing him. Singed, yeah, it's probably due to his steroid (fun fact: Singed also technically has the lowest base HP of any melee champion, except once you factor in his passive it's not anywhere close) Riot got rid of the "hybrid MR growth" that was halfway between melee and ranged, at least. All hybrid champs -- nid, kayle, jayce -- now have 0 MR/lvl. (probably because they were OP at some point or another) poppy probably doesn't have it because they're not touching her until the rework that's going to come sometime in S5 (haha joke, but if you asked me to guess when it was coming I'd say S5) I dunno why maokai doesn't have it ._. | ||

SEASON 4 PREDICTION: At certain levels of play you don't buy things. When you get enough gold you just GET a Triforce (or w/e, probably a Triforce). It's a feature. Don't worry about it.
