I personally like armor yellows because I like to be aggressive and end up inevitably taking some minions attacks. Not sure if MR quints would reduce your damage too much. You just have to be careful about going TOO defensive because the assassins can snowball off other lanes, and if you don't offer enough damage early on, you won't be able to do too much to help. | ||

Not completely related, but I've noticed a higher influx of Fiddlesticks support picks, especially after a mid assassin has been picked. Fear seems too good if you're fast enough to negate a lot of followup damage after the initial burst. As to answer the question, I'm not completely sure, although straight up killing an impactful support like Zyra/Sona before they get ults off, I can imagine it being worth than straight focusing the ADC and letting the support get their ultis off. | ||

Well for champs like Ahri and Kass, using their combo on the support doesn't really cripple them that hard. They have reasonably low cooldowns on their burst combos so they can still contribute to the fight after getting rid of the support. On top of that, if you kill the support, the carry won't have nearly as much peel, making it easier for you or your bruiser to dive and kill/zone the enemy carry. | ||
