It's not that unheard of. Running Annie, I usually get my RoA around 12-14 min, and that's with a DRing start.
To be fair, 14 min is probably a little ambitious for a "good" timing assuming you aren't just getting fed. But I don't think it's that far off base.

well I mean the games I'm basing that # off of are korean so it's possible my math is skewed by double tower take at that timing.
Unfortunatly with Corki, you can't both farm wraiths / wolves and push towers at the same time, so that timing is probly irrelevant w/o kills
and you pretty much have to ban Nasus and Shen if you want to go for tower push as Corki and that just isn't viable banning atm

I guess it depends on how we define good/normal timings
i don't consider getting 1-2 early kills with more than 1-2 objectives thrown in normal, and without that 14 minutes is pretty ambitious

I guess I think of it as normal because that was the meta when Ryze was good.
also I miscalculated yet again, SApphire crystal open makes the combo effectively that much cheaper since there is 0 way you can open a component of triforce.
it's not a both either, one of the two would hit that timing.

I thought we saw a 13-14 minute Corki triforce in one of the games, I don't particularly remember, could have been OMG vs SKT. The damage was disgusting all game long, although there were definitely other factors in play.

Surprise surprise, Corki is suddenly first pick/ban material.

Would you say it has to do with Soaz? While he has a gigantic champion pool, he doesn't really excel at anything.
For that match, their arrogance in thinking that they are above the TF adcs undid them. There isn't a single western adc that should be that arrogant.
