There's no ez pz play with pros thing other than subscriber ARAMs from streamers. You literally have to be good and consistent enough in soloQ to be noticed. In case you didn't realize, there's a couple of challengers and a hefty number of diamonds on this forum. Name-dropping and empty boasts get nowhere.

Ok im going to tell you this.
You have zero knowledge of the game. You play a shit-ton of syndra and dont know how to build her, you dont play any other champs and spam soloQ so your knowledge is limited to 1 out of 110 (approx) champs
You dont have a good understanding of items or how they work (timings and all the jazz) shown by your build (one game is more then enough to tell if somebody understands this, you simply dont make fuck-ups like a double dorans, chalice, flask.)
At this point, its fair to assume even IF you carry games with your moba background and mechanical skill, you have a shit-ton to learn about league of legends.
You need to learn the game, not the mechanics. Im sure i know a hell of alot more then you and im bronze. You arent ready for the proscene or 6 hours a day teamgames.
Go spam soloQ.

First of all don't pick a fucking cheesy pick like Syndra.
It's a low utility low AoE mage, even with 1/10 you could still 100% sbd.
As long as you're learning the basics of LoL, you should focus on more well-rounded champions, since you'll be able to make them work in more situations.
Second, if you have 8 kills and the opponents team has 10, it's ALL ON YOU to carry your team, and it's NOT bad news, because it means the gold has been put into YOUR pockets, and if you're good, you'll make good use of it.
Buy abyssal earlier so your team benefits from the MR debuff, buy Zhonya way sooner so you can make your opponents waste spells and mobility on you, and buy more wards.

Your first post "as a player coming from a Starcraft regimen (ed note: FYI a regiment is a unit in the military)" is pretty condescending considering most, if not all of us came from Starcraft. You want to "break into" league and improve as a player but everything you do and say is indicative of someone who wants an easy/shortcut to fame (this is what I'm assuming since you advertised your own stream in the game vs stephano, as well as advertising it in this thread instead of giving me a straight answer earlier).
You said you want to improve as a player yet you seem to deny that the ladder has any effect on improvement when it is pretty much universally known that good players will be high up on the ladder (in any game).
I'm not even going to mention the fact that almost every response has been giving you good advice - (quit your bitching and play the ladder) and that you've been ignoring it by making up excuses and complaining.

I've put time into learning CS(1.6 and source), RO, WoW, SC2 and league. In every game I played I found my way to top 10%(1% in the case of SC2 and LoL), and I still don't get resources handed to me on a platter. You need to understand the game to learn it

dude he aint gonna get better spamming ladder games, he has no clue what he's doing and he needs a new approach to figuring it out. if he had played 20 less games and watched 20 games of a decent mid streamer i can't imagine he'd build such atrocious items.
EDIT: scarra talks at exactly his level, he should just go watch like three hours of the guy's archives. he's clearly closeminded, maybe if he makes an actual effort to learn instead of roboting more syndra it'll open his thinking up a little.

I think a lot of new players from other game background drastically underestimate how difficult LoL can be. I think too much of it is the whole "LoL IS SO EASY COMPARED TO DOTA" bullshit. He's clearly played a lot of games; and has spammed ladder. The problem is he feels like he's not improving in solo queue. The issue isn't that solo queue isn't allowing to him improves, it's that he has the wrong mentality walking into solo queue. It's not about the wins or score; it's about knowing what you're doing wrong. There are basic resources to champ builds; like TL Strategy, lolpro.com, etc, that'll explain basics (But I find that very few do a good job explaining why). Then it's up to you to learn and/or ask questions.

No one gets better spamming ladder games...when people say to play ladder it's implied that you will do appropriate preparation before your games (strategies, matchups in sc2 - heroes/champions/items/matchups/etc in dota2/LoL) and appropriate analysis afterwards (why did I lose? what could I have done? etc).
His original question was asking how to be on a diamond/challenger team as well as improve as a player and the answer to both is to play ladder games (smartly).
edit: Ironically if XilDarkz bothered to do half the research on me that I did on him (instead of being so defensive), he would have found the dozens of articles I wrote on how to actually improve at league. lol.
