That has been my stance since my first reply. Your mindset is terrible and it is preventing you from improving. I thought this was plaintively obvious; the real question is getting myself to recognize it (in my own way) and fixing it. I think the entire mentality of shouting "THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOU!" doesn't really help...

like good job you went 9-0 against a lux who had almost no help mid from his jungler when zac came mid to help you multiple times, but when teamfights came around you just died instantly without doing anything cuz you itemized poorly

Depends; especially early on its really strong to back. Generally speaking if you have the clear speed; what you want to do after a kill is to shove out your lane to deny XP/Gold. Then back, and get an item advantage with your extra 300 gold. There's no point staying in lane for the most part. Or you want to press your map control advantage (now that there's no more midlaner) that means you create a massive mismatch in other places for a bit (think about it as Hockey's power plays or w.e, not really a hockey guy, but this is what I've heard from my hockey fan friends) (such as jungle and other lanes).

Control buffs/dragon/baron? Take towers? Force early team fights with your gold lead? There are so many aspects of the game that it seems you are unaware of that nitpicking a build or champion pick is useless at this point. killing your lane over and over is also pointless unless you remember to get your support/jungler/yourself to feed them a kill so you keep getting good money

There's not point in staying in lane for the sake of staying in lane. If you stay in lane it's for pushing/farming. In the case you've already got many kills it's almost not needed to farm and freeze a lane so just push it. If you don't go help other lanes, then just back to buy items making you more powerful to push, etc...

It just can't be your only focus :D.If you are a champion that can just 1v5 then you just farm/push otherwise you help your lanes. It's not always optimal to go with your team and help them get stronger imo.

Instead you came in wrong, but continued to defend yourself and make excuses and deflect criticism. You are wrong and you need to man up and admit it. How can you even accept advice or help when your first instinct is to defend yourself from criticism? Would you prefer to improve as a player by having everyone sugar coat their answers to you and work to justify your mistakes?

Saying I'm wrong doesn't actually mean too much to me, saying why I'm wrong (like a few have!) does.

For the most part; not saying it's acceptable or helpful, but some of the stuff you're having questions about is common knowledge/sense for a lot of us. So explanation seems a bit over the top.

With my mana, I spam orbs in the 7orb sequence before any fight (for example, while sieging a tower); this sets me up for stuns and big ultimates. I don't ever have trouble getting 3-4 with a stun, which is ridiculous in dota terms.

Just look at how he's carrying his team. Often he'll just push mid lane endlessly. It could look like he's useless but if he's not stopped by the ennemy he wins the game. But since he can 1v1 anyone, they need to send several people to stop him, freeing his other lanes. Very sraightfroward but it works, because he knows how it works.
