Wow I hate you guys sarcasm is dead to me because of you.

I've learned from experience that trying to be sarcastic on TL is basically always a bad idea. It is unfortunate.

cLutZ confirmed for Romanian.

My ideal ADC is someone with a good poke (for early game dives and guaranteeing CS), one escape skill other than Flash, and an ult that helps in team fights (CC or lotsa dmg. to multiple targets). Right now, the person that best fits that idea is Ez, but Draven just shuts him down so hard in lane it's rediculous.
Vayne's close, but is even more auto-attacky then Cait, and Varus doesn't really have an escape skill, just an AoE slow. The job of an ADC is to do as much damage as possible, hence the glass cannon builds. (And as stated, this is usually best accomplished through auto-attacks and their associated steroids/items.)
Some are better at just dealing pure damage. Some have better escapes. Some have better timings. Some have CC. At the end of the day, whether you deal damage by staying alive, or have better steroids, or can farm better, you need to both pick and play the way the team needs you to play.

If anything I felt that she was a bit stronger before the most recent patch since she did more damage.
In lane you absolutely wreck melee or low ranged champions since your Q harass is pretty good. Your passive lets you spam pretty easily if you start with a flask. She does have some bad matchups, but you can farm decently well with just Q. I focus on roaming and ganking with Lissandra when I play her. She ganks incredibly well since her cc/lockdown is insane and she can bypass wards easily with E. Lissandra scales quite well into lategame due to how much cc she has plus her damage is pretty darn good even after ult damage nerf.
I run AP runes with movespeed quints. Rush Zhonyas like 80% of the time since she wants to be in the middle of the enemy team to really utilize her full potential. You can ult yourself, but sometimes the 1.5 second stun is too good to pass up. Usually I follow that with Abyssal since you can get the most out of Abyssal passive and you're going to want to be a bit tanky so you don't get insta-killed and have time to self ult or zhonyas.

Kennen any good as an AD? He has an on-demand stun (well, you have to manage it carefully), pretty good poke and a decent escape. His W is interesting too, because it scales with AD but does magic damage (the passive part).
I think there's some cool things you could do with him if you had a support with a stun or another hard CC.

I think there's some cool things you could do with him if you had a support with a stun or another hard CC. AD carry Kennen was all the rage a while back (I think M5 were the first to do it). He can work pretty well as an AD carry. Don't expect much damage out of him lategame since his range is bad and his steroid is mediocre out of lane. However, he has great CC and can self-peel extremely well. AD Kennen also dominates every lane except a good Caitlyn lane.
W max is great for AD Kennen since the reduced cooldown on W makes it a LOT easier to use it to proc your stun. Mark lasts for 8 seconds, lvl 5 W only has 6 second cooldown. I know some pros max W on Kennen to dominate lane regardless if they're playing him as AD or AP.

There's also basically no counterplay to Liss obliterating your top carry in the late game. The repeatable cc makes it so easy for a teammate to just do that little bit of extra damage to finish off some kills. As long as your team follows up on your initiation, it's very hard for the other team to respond. She's super good in jungle fights because she can find ways to get into E range of your carry, and she can also tower dive really well if necessary between ult and Zhonya's. I haven't played Liss, but playing against her is awful.
Pretty good champion.

I love kennen adc as it can just completely dominate the lane with your on demand stuns but if you don't win your lane the game gets pretty difficult from there as the W steroid isn't that good out of lane and the low range sucks still the self peeling is nice in fights.

He's incredibly fun with a CC bot like Leona or Fiddle.

Man, I miss troll ap corki, where valkyrie was like a mini rumble ult. good times.

Random ADC Kennen question: Why wouldn't you build Zhonyas as your Defensive item on him? It seems better than GA, to a kennen nub.

I like how random high elo NA players get so many viewers on twitch.
BoxBox, Fabbyyyy, the ap trynd guy and now Only Rengar has 13k viewers.

The other change was reducing the mana cost of Annie's ult, something they've been doing with the older champions pretty systematically.
