Draven
Passive has been remade completely.It is now named "League of Draven" and reads: Draven gains a stack of Adoration when he catches a spinning axe or kills a minion or monster. When Draven kills and enemy champions, he consumes half his Adoration stacks, gaining 3 gold per stack consumed. Draven loses half the Adoration stacks upon death."

If Draven's passive is uncapped, I can see it potentially being really strong. I mean, let's say you average around 7.5 minions during the first 10 minutes and are throwing axes at a rate of maybe 1 every 2 seconds on average. At 10 minutes, that could be 7.5*10 + 600/2 = 375 stacks, which would work out to be like an extra 600 or so gold

I remember a lot of people talking about how top Kennen lost a lot of power because of his range nerf, but honestly his range right now is in line with most AD/ ranged champs. If it was higher before, that was just stupid. Be cool if you could run a double AD with Kennen and a hard AD with an AP jungler and top, preferably something with sustained magic damage. Kennen's ult feels pretty lackluster even with AP honestly. If you want AOE death, might as well have a Fiddle or Karthus.

edit: it's a little weird, but Kennen's W passive AD steroid is pretty comparable to Cait's. At lvl 5, it does a bonus 80% of your AD, compared to Cait's passive wihich does 150% every 8/7/6 autos.

do you think the passive makes him stronger or weaker in lane? he wont have as much damage earlier on in the lane phase...but can get ahead with gold if he gets some kills right
