Q gets 35 damage, 0.5 secs cd and 3% slow on one target per rank.
W gets 40 damage, 2 secs cd and 0.1 sec AoE root per rank.
E gets 45 damage and 3 secs cd per rank.
I'd do something like QEEW and then R>E>W>Q at first glance. Q has a lot lower CD and is by far the most useful skill in lane if you use the blowback well to harass. Listing the flat CD gains is misleading because a 1 second CD reduction on a 6 second CD spell is worth a lot more than a 1 second CD reduction on a 24 second CD spell.
Even if you max W/E you never get their CDs low enough that you will have multiple casts in one combo.

With W maxed I think you could teleport into their team, W-R, Zhonya, and then W again. Looks really really broken just from reading it, maybe I'm painting an unrealistic picture though.

But Yango, why do you care about harassing in lane at all when you have instant waveclear?

Realistically if you're going to self-R, you should abuse the fact that you can cast E, R-self, and then jump to your E the moment your R finishes.
I'm sort of disappointed that E doesn't last long enough to do the same with Zhonya's, but whatever.

Different playstyles I suppose. I tend to think the preferred way to go is to instaclear the mid lane wave and then go roam and win some other lane, but that's just me.
Who knows, champs been on youtube for less than a day!

It all depends how the skill works, if it just passes through anything then 725 is solid, if the text actually means something and it breaks on first hit with a bit of a vi effect then it is quite short for a blockable skillshot, see karma's new Q, which feels somewhat short to me at 950. Being blockable is a massssssive disadvantage usually compensated by really high range like kennen Q and morg Q etc. I dont think there is another colliding skillshot in the game under 900 range.

It depends who you're up against. There are mids that you really should focus on suppressing rather than just mindlessly clearing and leaving.

plus every Q you land reduces you passive CD and gives you free skills

What's the point of instantly clearing into roam if the enemy has vision of your movements though. Wouldn't winning one lane be better than drawing even and not accomplishing much.

From what i read, the new howling abyss map is Ashe vs Sejuani themed. They also implement a new matchfinding for ARAMs on that map. And we all know that riot keeps extensive statistics about a lot of things in the game. Do you think they might let this stuff influence the lore? Like, for example, after a few months they look at which side won more often on that map, and make that the deciding factor to who wins that war in Freljord? That would be pretty cool in my opinion, though it would probably be hard to really make this work. Maybe if they allow people to queue for one side specifically, or just declare which side they fight for.
Would be really cool to be able to influence the happenings in Runeterra through our matches, though it is probably not too easy to make this work in a cool way.
If it did influence the lore, I think that'd actually be a really neat mechanic and would be cool to see in general. Being kind of a Lore nerd; I would approve.

Clearly stealing the concept from TeamLiquid! We declared Solari/Lunari allegiances mandatory first! RIOT PLS

To make this work at all you'd just have people declare team blue or team purple and always queue them on the same side for ARAM
Might have to deal with an issue that locked-camera players will prefer blue side tho...

Lissandra actually looks like...a balanced viable hero O_O Very strong in the current meta because she's anti-assassin and anti dive-bruisers, with a spammable nuke that procs double liandry damage and can be used to kite the shit out of anything without a gap-closer once you have 40% cdr, and her W easily countering any gap closers that they do use.
I don't find her OP either because she's seems fairly in-line with the power levels of Lux/Ryze/Diana/TF/Khazix that we have mid now.
I would do Q>W>E personally for better teamfighting. You probably only have to (or get to) reposition yourself once in a teamfight and the cooldown isn't so low even at max that you can afford to use it for damage.

Anyone who would pick Sejuani over Ashe isn't a true American Freljordian.

I'd pick rework-Sejuani over Ashe. She looks awesome, and so does her pig. comeatmebro.jpg

This is one of the most important dynamics of mid lane. Shutting down certain champs before they can reach a certain level (ie, become completely ungankable - ahri, kass, etc) is really important.
However, there are also certain matchups that you can get away with being a massive pussy in lane. Karthus is one of the biggest ones. He can just sit there and not care about his opponent. In fact, if he tries to fight too early, it will likely snowball away from him and his team. He will eventually just outscale his opponent innately.

Anivia is my favourite champion, and that new skin is incredible. I'm buying it whatever they charge!
