So uh, does anyone know why Seraph's was "nerfed"? It didn't seem strong enough to merit it.

I like how all three jungle items now build out of SS + components which are around 400-500 ea, makes the three types of junglers a lot more equal.

Morgana + Nunu wombo combo gonna pretty pretty good.

Nami small brush ults gonna be even funnier now.

The muramana change is interesting, it seems to synergize more with a champion like kha'zix or jayce because now if they build ArP they will get more damage out of it, but before it gave mixed damage so the ArP would be irrelevant. Was it a buff or a nerf?

definitely a nerf for ryze qq

and seraphs. it's only weaker if you haver over 3k mana, right? not many chars have that (except for ryze qq)

Seraph's wasn't OP or anything but the people it was good on it was really good on. Seraph's on Singed and Karthus was pretty strong.

armor is easier to itemize than cdr

plus, now you can go triple kindlegem items-- golem spirit, locket and sv for max cdr huehuehue

I think that them changing the recipe to Kindlegem overall makes it a better item. You can also pick up Tabi's if you need the armor since you get the Tenacity from the item itself.

Whoa, they're changing Volibear's speed increase on rolling thunder to scale with its level? They fixed my major complaint about him after his release. It only took... like 40 patches.
