I thought it costed 2900 or so?

honestly, taric nerfs probably won't affect popularity unless he becomes REALLY bad, it's a simple fact that he's flat out the easiest support to play.

Play rate is whatever, doesn't mean jack squat. It's not like taric was toxic in any play. He's just stupid easy to play. You either ewr combo, or you just heal, such a binary champ to play. Nerfs to taric but not thresh, lewl riotlogic

soraka kinda sucks in a period of lol that is dive heavy.
it's also very difficult for her to win lane. she can go even at best, which is kinda iffy because the later stages of the game aren't that much better for her.

But then Kha'Zix can do the same and you're paying more for not having E than he's paying for not having W considering the shorter cd, that one-shotting the wave gives him the isolated bonus on Q, and that he's still got his escape if one of you all-in.

Seriously, what is with no thresh nerfs? He's like the most annoying support ever. I haven't played Taric support in a while, so not sure how he is there, but Taric top definitely needed a nerf. How much he could bully people and how stupid his gank assist was is just ridiculous.
Also, as one last question, is the Runaan's change gonna do much? If they wanted to increase the range, I thought that something like at least 450 would be needed, because if you're ranged and that close you're generally in a dangerous area.

If you use E to wave clear Kha'Zix is just going to 100-0 you. I personally think that Fizz is pretty bad against Kha'Zix. Unless the jungler comes Fizz can't win a 1v1 against Kha'Zix.

who the hell just waveclears while you are both sitting in lane?
first priority mid is to get any advantage you can over the other laner and make them miss cs.
If khazix uses his evolved W to waveclear, you can counteract that with your E and proceed to follow his roaming. Otherwise, fizz wins in a straight up 1v1 as he can 100-0 khazix pretty easily until hexdrinker.

I had a twitch with iedge shiv BT lw hurricane in one of my games. I was noct, dove in and died, but all cept ADC stacked on me. Fastest quadra I have ever seen in ranked apart from maybe some yi stuff. Literally 2 shot 4 people. In certain situations, hurricane is godlike
