If Fizz maxes his E and uses it to waveclear, you just all-in him immediatly before the cd comes back up and he'll lose to Kha'Zix.

There's also the fact that pre-6 Kha'Zix is highly advantaged. Even post-6 Fizz only wins trades if he lands ult and Kha'Zix can clear ranged minions from 1000 range (not to mention you're gonna hit Fizz with W if he's standing in the wave and CSing so you essentially can just zone him or force him to try and ult you).

Also, as one last question, is the Runaan's change gonna do much? If they wanted to increase the range, I thought that something like at least 450 would be needed, because if you're ranged and that close you're generally in a dangerous area.
He hasn't become popular enough to register on Riot's nerf radar, it only responds to high levels of QQ.

??? No Kha'six can't. Until he gets a decent amount of AD, he only clears the ranged creeps and he cant' do that from 1K range.

I said that he clears ranged creeps. And his W has 1000 range. By level 7 you're able to insta-clear the ranged minions in the back.

all in him with what? your W is on CD if he used E to waveclear. your mediocre Q/E damage since you havent leveled either yet?
khazix isnt even an all in champ, thats why all ins shit on him.
if you insist that fizz doesnt beat him then just go to zed, he just clearly takes a dump on khazix.

Oh yeah I wouldn't even try to argue about Zed. His wave clear and ability to poke is pretty absurd considering how strong his all-ins are anyway.
(Kha's isolated Q is still 100+ 2x bonus AD on an isolated target at level 1, on a 3.5s cd, added with his ult it's still pretty strong.)

You misunderstood what I mean. If you're positioning to take out the ranged minions, you're going to be a lot closer than 1K away from your opponent in most situations so you're not going to be able to do much zoning.
