Riot's actually really clever with their champion names. Most of the names are also names of companies or people. So if you're doing a Persian vs Greek report you might come across Darius. Or ahri might lead you from ahrinet to ahri the league champion. It might just be coincidence though. | ||

So they promptly nerf cc reduction? wtf? if they want him to deal less damage why don't they just hit his damage? I like how CDR runes get a huge buff and no-one cares. They're still totally unplayable. :D I still hate how Riot is trying to get people to charge Janna's tornado, it just isn't going to happen. You could make base cc 0.2 and charged cc 5 seconds and it would still be wrong to charge it in 99% of cases. (slight exaggeration) | ||

After taking a middle eastern history course, I want to believe Taric was named after Tariq ibn Ziyad or Jabal Tariq (Rock of Gibraltar). | ||

Lost ranked game cause ADC DC's 50min into game when she's fed and enemy team 5man pushed us. Now I had to exit out of LoL because I couldn't leave the end score screen. Now I can't even log back in. It's not on my end because I had no problems in-game, while she was constantly lagging. I also have Wings streaming and theres 0 lag or stutter. | ||

Riot has great champion names, but awful champion titles. It's an interesting phenomenon, because it's arguably the reverse with DotA, leading to the fact that the majority of LoL champions are referred to by name, while the majority of DotA heroes are referred to by their title or by an abbreviation of it. EDIT: Actually, I can't think of any League champion that's referred to by title. | ||
