That team is just forever cursed. Infinite chain of sponsors abandoning them, one of the favorites to qualify for LCS then they fall out early, and they've had two ADCs get poached by LCS teams now.
Although actually I think Nien left to join jiji's team and then got poached from there.

Here's my 2 cents on the TSM thing.
I don't really know how "toxic" Chaox was or how "bad/mediocre" his gameplay is, but the fact of the matter is when you play on TSM, Regi is your teammate as well as your boss. This, by itself, seems very dysfunctional, because the team as a whole does not have reasonable ways to leverage Regi to agree with the team as a whole.
A lot of LoL is not done by hard evidence and mathematics -- it's done by guts. You play the game and gradually develop ideas as to which strategies are good and which are bad, and as a result it's easy to have disagreements over gameplay elements and strategies. But when the owner of the team also plays for the team, I feel that the owner simply has way too much authority over these things.
As far as the Chaox situation goes, it's likely that it merely started with disagreement over strategies that developed over the years that trained Chaox's motivation to stay on the team. I am fairly sure Voyboy was also under the similar circumstances while on CLG.
TL;DR: Team owner who also plays on the team is dysfunctional, just look at TSM and CLG. As the competition gets tougher, it's only going to become worse for them.

I'm assuming he's talking about Chaox's goodbye to Xpecial in Gamecribs.
Chaox did say that he thought Xpecial was a solid player and would do well, but the rest of the conversation was just Chaox (jokingly) calling Xpecial a brat and (more seriously) berating him for how he handled the whole situation.

Watching the episode now after having given it up weeks before....
I'm honestly really shocked...Regi acting like a real human being for once. The eloquence and emotion they're capable of when they try is refreshing.
I wish the episodes from now on would be more like this but I honestly can't see that happening.
In other news, I think I might actually be able to play ranked a bunch this weekend for the first time in about 3 months. DURR showed up last night and asked me what he missed from GD and who was FotM and shit but I honestly couldn't even tell him.
Any advice GD for a S2 (barely) gold player trying to get back into the swing of things? Anyone wanna duo a bunch or something?

Honestly I like the current jungle a lot.I like it the most out of all the different jungles so far.Maybe they could increase the gold gain slightly and it'd be perfect but doubt it.
Obviously only decision would be to make a tl team and just talk about how awesome they are!

oh don't get me wrong I really like the new system for champions, (I wish they could take a similar approach to balance) but after balance is hashed out in the first few pages, you have ptr updates to discuass and the pro scene thats about it, itemization has either been discussed to death or better placed in champion threads.
I'm just trying to say if you take pro scene off the table there isn't all that much to discuss

From what ive heard from Yazuki's stream and talking to people that played with him and such I kinda doubt it. He doesnt seem to have the drive anymore to go competitive in league anymore
