If you just look at your auto attack dps it will look like the BotRK is amazing but if you actually look at your ability damage you will find for most ADCs that other items are better first. BotRK second instead of pd/shiv if you got BT first. BotRK fourth if you get ie first in place of BT.
Kog, vayne, and trist may be able to go BotRK first since they have either no ad scaling on abilities or as scaling. But that is up in the air

Yea, but a fully stacked bt is worth 4750 gold and ie is worth 4050 before its passive. Omg these items are too gold efficient!!!
The combination of stats on BotRK is not especially gold efficient for comparable items. This is especially true since the other items have attributes which make their gold value skyrocket as you add more items(crit interaction and ad scaling interaction)

BotRK, what the hell is Riot doing.
They took a good item, which people were already fitting into builds/makign strats around, and the buffed it more then almost any item ever has been buffed.
1 week till every single aa'er in the game rushes it, 2 weeks before it is nerfed to oblivion.

You apply BotRK on Ez Q so if you're going to be poking at the enemy team at all BotRK likely results in more damage. In fact, I think that other than Kog/Vayne/Trist it's possible that BotRK rush might be a stand out choice on Ez as your Qs are likely going to hit full health targets (not to mention the active makes you even harder to get). Caitlyn probably does better with BotRK rush first too as it allows her to not have such a shitty midgame which is by far her biggest weakness. Graves probably prefers BT though. MF might as well.
BotRK is really strong right now purely because it's so damn cheap and the build path is a lot better than BT (or any other AD item really).

If you do it without the 4% attack speed from masteries it's 2.49

For poking BotRK is just as strong as it was in the previous patch. That is weaker than BT to LW. Ezreal does not even typically build attack speed right now because he doesn't do much auto attacking without interrupting it with abilities.
Did you BotRK rush on EZ last patch for poke? No? The. Why would you do it this one when the item had its ad nerfed and you won't use half of the as on it?

It's not, really.
Going from 2.2 to 2.5 is a very minimal increase, and completely useless if you need to move at all. Aspd above the 2.2 that she gets with 1 aspd item + Q isn't very effective in my opinion.

We've been thinking about this as well, it's a great idea.
We are looking into possibly renting out some space at the Cosmo and throwing a viewing party for all of our awesome fans to watch the LCS games that will now be played at our studio in LA. Details TBC shortly.
By the way, we will also be doing a makeup tournament for the challenger teams that qualified for IPL 6, and hosting at least some of the matches at the LCS studio a few weeks later.
