By late-game, you should be doing way more than 260 damage with your Q. So it'll depend on what the AP Ratio is going to be. Alistar passive letting him do more damage to turrets again is amusing. | ||

any shaco nerf is welcome for me such a stupid champ although I feel like it sucks for the really good shacos since he is underplayed anyway. and wow prorposed change on Elise Q is huge imo. finished reading, so many bullshit changes, I feel like 90% wont make it through if Riot has abit of brain. | ||

The shield already works on damage done before applying reduction, they just make it clearer (and easier to know rather than having to calculate yourself). Tooltip clarification. Regarding Black Cleaver, I'm still torn about the very concept of the item: you can't make it apply reduction from the first hit onward because then it can be a mostly utility item, that even an AP carry or support could build just to help his team, but the more stacks it has to apply, the less it works with champions/kits relying on burst damage in a few instances. Rescaling for a higher number of stacks tips it more toward the prolonged trades in lane, and makes stuff like Sivir's Q less of a shredding wonder. On the other hand Talon's bread-and-butter harass combo (and finisher) are weaker, same with Panth's HSS or Kha'Zix, while not affecting Bullet Time or Riven's trades too much because 4 or 5 max stacks when you're inflicting 8+ instances of damage isn't a lot. Edit: Sightstone now built from a ruby crystal, this is why the price for the stone itself was reduced. The new item "Plate of the warmage" is built from 2 cloth armors and a Amplifying Tome Zhonya's Hourglass now requires the "Plate of the Warmage" instead of chain vest Sightstone actually nerfed. Zhonya's buildpath smoother but it's actually worse if you used to build your chainvest in one go. Buff to the "aggressive" approach that doesn't want to sacrifice early damage, nerf to the "safe" approach. As for my own case and playstyle I dislike it. | ||

I actually had to look this up just now, but the 40% actually ignores reduction (I thought it didn't). If the AP ratio is 0.26, then it's simply a rewording to make the mechanics more obvious. e;fb | ||

It's unfortunate people think that support nunu is good. support nunu is the best support in the game if your ADC is good x_x no skillshots, no mana management, and like 7k worth of stats and anti-stats? never get caught in a gank, opponent never escapes a gank? he's god of supports, especially if you're bad at support | ||
